Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neweb.ai, a product of Commerciax Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Commerciax Terms & Conditions which provide the complete legal framework.

Description of Service

neweb.ai is an autonomous web presence management platform that provides:

• AI-powered website creation and hosting on WordPress infrastructure
• SEO analysis, content generation, and optimization tools
• Blog management and automated publishing
• Domain connection and SSL certificate provisioning
• Analytics dashboards and performance monitoring
• Community features and customer support

Account Registration

To use neweb.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Acceptable Use

When using neweb.ai, you agree NOT to:

• Create websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the platform for phishing, spam, malware distribution, or fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws

Subscriptions and Billing

neweb.ai offers subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay subscription fees on the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annual)
• Authorize recurring charges through Stripe, our payment processor
• Provide valid and up-to-date payment information

Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the next billing cycle. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Website hosting remains active until the billing cycle ends, then is disabled
• All subscription perks deactivate when the cycle expires

Refund eligibility: Refunds are only possible before Stripe processes the payout (typically 2–30 days depending on your bank). Once payout is complete, refunds cannot be issued. This is a Stripe policy, not a neweb.ai limitation.

Add-ons (extra websites, image credits, SEO bundles) are non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery.

Website Hosting

Websites created through neweb.ai are hosted on our WordPress infrastructure:

• We provide hosting for the duration of your active subscription
• SSL certificates are automatically provisioned for all domains
• We perform routine maintenance and security updates
• We reserve the right to suspend websites that violate these Terms
• Website deletion is permanent and non-recoverable — deleting a website does not cancel your subscription

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to deliver the service.

AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI tools (blog posts, SEO suggestions, image search terms) is created for your use and you may use it as your own. However, we do not guarantee its originality or accuracy.

Our platform: The neweb.ai platform, brand, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Commerciax Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

neweb.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Stripe, Clerk, hosting providers)
• We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic results, or business outcomes

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees after grace period
• Create content that is illegal or harmful

Upon termination, your access is revoked and website hosting is disabled. We may retain certain data as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of neweb.ai after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your subscription and close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on Commerciax Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operations. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
