Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for neweb.ai, a product of Commerciax Infotech Pvt. Ltd. This policy should be read alongside the Commerciax Refund & Cancellation Policy which provides the complete legal framework.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your neweb.ai subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You retain full access to all features until the billing cycle ends
• Website hosting remains active until the cycle expires, then is disabled
• All subscription perks (SEO tools, blog generation, analytics) deactivate when the cycle ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscription payments are only possible before Stripe (our payment processor) processes the payout to us. This window is typically 2–30 days depending on your bank and region.

• If the payout has not been processed, we can issue a full refund for the most recent charge
• Once the payout is complete, refunds cannot be issued — this is a Stripe platform limitation, not a neweb.ai policy
• To request a refund, contact us as soon as possible at support@neweb.ai

Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

Add-on purchases are non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery. This includes:

• Extra website slots
• Additional image generation credits
• SEO analysis bundles
• Any other one-time digital purchases

Website Deletion

Deleting a website from your dashboard does not cancel your subscription. Website deletion is permanent and non-recoverable. To stop being billed, you must explicitly cancel your subscription through the Billing section.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your neweb.ai dashboard
• Go to Billing in the sidebar
• Click Cancel Subscription
• Confirm the cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
