Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for neweb.ai, a product of Commerciax Infotech Pvt. Ltd. This policy should be read alongside the Commerciax Refund & Cancellation Policy which provides the complete legal framework.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your neweb.ai subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You retain full access to all features until the billing cycle ends
• Website hosting remains active until the cycle expires, then is disabled
• All subscription perks (SEO tools, blog generation, analytics) deactivate when the cycle ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle

Refund Eligibility

Annual plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 days of your first annual charge, you receive a full refund. To request one, email support@neweb.ai.

• Outside the 14-day window, no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
• Payments are processed by Stripe (outside India) or Razorpay (India)
• Your plan renews at the same price you signed up at

Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

Add-on purchases are non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery. This includes:

• Extra website slots
• Additional image generation credits
• SEO analysis bundles
• Any other one-time digital purchases

Website Deletion

Deleting a website from your dashboard does not cancel your subscription. Website deletion is permanent and non-recoverable. To stop being billed, you must explicitly cancel your subscription through the Billing section.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your neweb.ai dashboard
• Go to Billing in the sidebar
• Click Cancel Subscription
• Confirm the cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
